www.soteag.org.uk (“Website”) is owned and operated by the Shetland Oil Terminal Environmental Advisory Group (“SOTEAG”) which is the Environmental Consulting branch of The Sullom Voe Association Ltd (“company”), a private limited company, registered in Scotland (No. SC057974), whose registered office is Town Hall, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0HB.

SOTEAG appreciates your interest in this Website and is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy details how your data is collected and used by SOTEAG.  For the purposes of the Data Protection Act (“Act”), SOTEAG is the data controller.
